The Wolf Whisperer and the Warrior is currently undergoing a name change, editing, and searching for a new home.

The Wolf Whisperer and the Warrior used to be on Kindle Vella under the name The Wolf Whisperer. Kindle Vella closed in February 2025, which ended my plans of having an early version up to see how the story did while I edited for a more official publication. It was a good lesson for me to learn about being patient and not rushing the editing and publishing process. Now I’m struggling to decide between trying to get it on another reading app or to query it traditionally. One day I’m on board with getting it out there asap, and the next I’m telling myself to slow down and be patient. What is The Wolf Whisperer and the Warrior?

The Wolf Whisperer and the Warrior is the first book in a Fated Mates Paranormal Romance series that focuses on werewolves finding their fated mates who on the surface appear human. 

Book 1 features Gabby and Mani:

Gabby just graduated from high school, and she is ready to tour around Europe with her best friend Tailor. But first they have a farewell camping trip planned with the rest of their friends. Their week in the woods will force Gabby to confront her telepathic abilities and introduce her to the world of werewolves and fated mates. Will Gabby give in to this new life that’s been presented to her? Or will she remain loyal to her plans with Tailor?

Mani has finally found his mate in the beautiful human, Gabby. But she doesn’t want to accept the mate bond, and insists on going to Europe with her loner wolf friend—who coincidentally won’t leave her side.
